FD Manual Protective Film Applicator

The manual filming machine mod. PR 1300 has been designed for the application of a self-adhesive protective film on flat or shaped surfaces.
It has the ability to work at high speeds with a constant and precise application of the protective film.
The film, played by the reel, is calendered on the panel and its position with respect to the edge of the panel can be precisely adjusted, as it can also retract or protrude from the edge at will.
The machine is suitable for large productions and can be inserted in a production line with automatic or manual loading.
In its basic composition the machine is equipped with motorized transport with diameter rollers; engines controlled by an inverter, has an adjustable speed and a motorized ascent and descent. The pneumatically expanding coil holder shaft allows an easy and quick reel change.

The standard machine is offered in the following dimensions:
800 – 1300 – 1600

The machine can be customized with:
motorized inboard roller conveyor from 1200-1500-2000 mm
motorized roller conveyor at exit from 1200-1500-2000 mm
longitudinal cutter
longitudinal cutter with motorized rewinder for scrap recovery
stock with 4 rotating coils
